Goodbye for now.

Most of you have read this in the club, but I thought I'd post it here for those of you who missed it.

I'm sorry, but I won't be on Stardoll much until June 20th. That's the day my exams will be over. Until then, I'll be very busy studying so that I can do well. I NEED to study. I just got a math test back, and I got 77%. I usually get in the 90's. I will be on Stardoll over the weekends to answer any questions and check up on everything, but that's about it. I probably won't be updating the blog or anything like that.
Until I get back, please contact minty897 or jumpy_spark if you have any questions or problems with HTML. Once I'm back, we'll have a scenery comp & more good updates. Until then, I'll miss you all. Thank you for understanding. :]

People Who Copy Samples

Ello ;]. Its Minty.. I just thought I'd make a post about people who copy samples and credit them to themselves. Its so rude (and pathetic) its not even funny. Its just as bad as copying someone's essay for a school project. Its plagiarism. And its WRONG. So don't do it.

Most of you haven't copied, but I have come across lots of presentations with our glowing text on it & no credit... Please be reasonable, and don't copy someone's work as your own.

Update!

I changed the lessons page a bit, let me know what you think. :) Check the club for more details. More lessons will be up asap. Bah, who am I kidding? It'll probs just be one a week on the weekends... I've got exams coming up and i NEED to study.

Ooh, also, the normal samples are fini! :) Custom samples will start coming up soon, one each weekend as well. I am truly sorry its taking so long... i keep putting it off. D: I promise, I WILL do it this time!

Finding a Code

Ever see someone who has a presentation with something you've never seen before? Here's a little lesson on how to find a code from a presentation.
There are two things I suggest you try:

1. Check some HTML blogs and see if you can find it there
2. Use WittyProfiles* and drag the presentation into the "New Code" part. You can click source or whatever and get the code there.

* Witty uses codes so this might not work. Also, if the code is too long and messy Witty won't show you the whole code. #1 is probably you're best bet.

Custom Samples !

I'm (finally) finished the border and text samples. YAY! :D Now I'm working on scrollboxes and then its time for custom samples! Some people have already suggested one, but if you have anything specific you want (Ex. a certain sized/coloured box) be sure to let me know and I'll put it up there. :)
